Gut Healthy Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

Hi there! As promised for this week, I wanted to share another favorite and easy gut healthy recipe:

Chicken Stir Fry (Serves 2)

Ingredients
● 2 chicken breasts; cubed
● Coconut oil
● 2 clove garlic minced + 3 tsp fresh grated ginger
● 1⁄2 cup Coconut aminos (this is the best gut healthy alternative to soy sauce!) 
● 1 Carrot +1 Broccoli; diced (or whatever veggies you like)


Preparation
*Pre cook brown rice or quinoa as per box instructions
1) Sauté chicken in coconut oil with garlic.
2) In separate pan, saute all veggies in coconut oil and then add coconut aminos.

3) Serve on a bed of rice (all rice in it’s natural organic form is gluten free!)
